Return & Refund Policy

At ForgeExtrude, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Shipping delays

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order at forgeextrude@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at forgeextrude@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and determine next steps. This is the only case where we may consider a replacement, but otherwise refunds will not be issued.
